Discover how to bring meaningful patient insight into medicine development and communication to shape better decisions, messages, and experiences.

Patient insight is often invited into the room just a little too late.

The strategy is written. The messages are polished. The advisory board has happened. And then, eventually, someone asks the rather important question:

“Have we asked patients what they think?”

Originally recorded live, this webinar is about changing that.

Patient communication and engagement specialists Liz and Phil, co-founders of PhiZ & Co, share how they bring lived experience into medicine development and communication earlier, more meaningfully and without turning the whole thing into a 97-page process document.

What you'll learn

  • Where patient insight adds the most value

  • Why patient input is often missed

  • How to involve patients earlier and more meaningfully

  • How to turn lived experience into better decisions, not just better-sounding slides
